Care and Storage

Please do not store the manna in a humid and warm environment. Store it in a cold area, do not freeze. Please see the expiry date on the package.

The flour used is the traditional way of conserving the manna and keeping the pieces separated. The flour can be used if it is sifted properly.

Pick one piece of the manna from the box, and dust of the flour and enjoy!

Baklava can maintain its fresh taste if stored properly away from heat and humidity. We recommend consuming the Baklava within 1 month of opening.
