Why did I get charged Tax?
Some countries might impose a custom tax, which neither is DHL or Abu Afif Sweets is responsible for. Please check with local customs concerning taxes on online orders.
When will my order ship?
If you place your order before 12 PM Baghdad Time, we will ship it the next day. Please note that we do not ship on Fridays.What countries do you ship too?
We deliver to most countries worldwide, except the Palestinian Territories.Do you send samples?
We cannot send samples in the time being.
How do I consume the traditional Min Al Sima (MANNA)?
Pick one piece of the manna from the box, and dust of the flour and enjoy!
How do I maintain manna freshness?
Store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid humidity and do not freeze. Also, always check the expiry date on the package.
How long can I keep my Baklava fresh?
Baklava can maintain its fresh taste if stored properly away from heat and humidity. We recommend consuming the Baklava within 1 month of opening.
Refund and Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a product or items are missing:
- Keep the original product, packaging, and documents.
- Send a detailed description with photos to document the issue.
We will reship or replace the item with one of equal or greater value.
Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.

- Incorrect address provided
- Recipient unavailable or out of town
- Failure to provide a correct address within 24 hours
