We cannot send samples in the time being.
Pick one piece of the manna from the box, and dust of the flour and enjoy!
Please do not store the manna in a humid and warm environment. Store it in a cold area, do not freeze. Please see the expiry date on the package.
Baklava can maintain its fresh taste if stored properly away from heat and humidity. We recommend consuming the Baklava within 1 month of opening.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or items might be missing from your order, please save the original product, packaging and all accompanying paperwork with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with replacement or exchange.
We will reship the items or replace it with another of equal or greater value. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Refunds are not offered.
Abu Afif Sweets is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
- You provide an incorrect address,
- Your recipient is out of town or not available
- You do not provide a correct or new delivery address within 24 hours.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting will be subject to additional charges.
